Sekiranya kita melihat carta 4 jam Indeks USD, kita melihat USDX sebenarnya bergerak di bawah Saluran Pitchfork, TAPI setelah indeks gagal menyentuh untuk kali kedua Garisan tengah dari lereng bawah Pitchfork, USDX kini bergerak ke atas. Nampaknya mahu mencapai tahap 93.44. Walaupun USDX sudah bergerak di atas Moving Average, Stochastic Oscillator sekarang sudah berada di tahap overbought. Ini bererti ada potensi USDX untuk mendapatkan titik perubahan ke arah penurunan lagi. Sekiranya harganya turun dan ditutup di bawah 92.84, itu bermaksud senario pergerakan menaik akan dibatalkan secara automatik.
